Yadkin County Magnolia Building Open for Business

Officials celebrated the opening of the Yadkin County Magnolia Building, 110 East Elm Street in Yadkinville, with a ribbon cutting early this summer. The facility, directly across from the Courthouse, will house the Tax Office, License Plate Agency, and the County’s IT Department. The current Board of Commissioners were joined by former Tax Assessors Linda Williams, Phyllis Adams and former Commissioner Marion Welborn. The new offices will allow for direct access to both the Tax Office and the Licenses Plate Agency without having to enter the Courthouse.
